A Choreogaphers' Collective
Jenna is proud to have been invited again to contribute to this showcase of L.A.'s esteemed choreographers and performers of Oriental dance in an intimate setting. Jenna, along with members of Phoenyx::Bellydance Rising and some additional cast dancers, will present 2 new pieces to surpise & delight! Also presenting original works will be Sahra Saeeda, Farrah Talei, Kamala Almanzar, Nasila, Richy Nedjat-Haiem, Tamra-henna, Melanie Lane, Shaunti & Nar. Last year's event was extremely well-received and this year promises to bring even more excitement!

Dreams: Jenna in Boise, Idaho
Jenna
will teach 3 workshops and star in the gala evening showcase for Mearah's
annual bellydance event, Oasis Dreams, and is looking forward to her
first visit to Idaho!
Jenna will teach 2 different Rhythm Lab
workshops, Saturday at 10 am and 1:30 pm, explaining various bellydance
rhythms and offering her own dance combinations to highlight and enhance
those rhythms. Rhythm Lab I will focus on Ciftitelli and Saiidi,
Rhythm Lab II will focus on Masmoudi and Karsilamaand on Sunday at
10 am, she will teach Solo Improvisation: Strategies & Practicum
where dancers will learn ways to maximize their in-the-moment creativity
and polish.
The Oasis Dreams Evening Showcase will take place on Saturday night.
